Charlie Maher - From the Bachelorette Moves On

We all watched as we wanted Charlie Mahar to hook up Trista, but we don’t always get what we want. But life for Charlie Maher has been looking good. Even though he did not get the girl he did land a great job out of the deal, and face it he is not hurting to find a woman. So, Charlie Maher with his good looks and charm well find a woman, and now that he has found this nice paying job, he can also afford the new ladies in his life. I think Charlie Maher is luckier than Ryan because he is not tied down, and still got financial gain out of the show. So, the question is what do you think? Should it have been Charlie Mahar and Trista, or do you think he is sitting pretty good right now.

Charlie Mahar is missed, but he has moved on and is doing very well for himself.

Foreclosures :: Any Relief in Site?

With the mortgage markets in the middle of crisis one must ask themself “will this ever end?” I don’t know the answer, but I think that we are in for a long ride and the foreclosures continue to raise due to people getting screwed by banks that gave them arm loans that they should have never been approved for in the first place. I am old school and still believe you reap what you sow, and the banks are going to have to finish sowing from the deceit and bad loans in the form of foreclosures. It seems like everytime I watch the news I hear of another mortgage leader that bites the dust, and as far as I am concerned they are getting what they desire. I know this seems harsh, but talk to a family that could not stop forclosure and has been kicked out of there home because they got talk into a rip off arm loan and could not get out of it.

The great thing about the foreclosure market right now is that if you have money to invest there is an endless stream of investment properties that you can get your hands of for pennies on the dollar. Right now I believe is one of the greatest times to invest in rental properties. With people not being able to be approved for loans, and those who are getting kicked out of their house because they could not stop foreclosure. There is a huge market of people that are looking to rent. Truthfully they have know other option but to rent, so guess what if you have a rental property it is not going to take a long time to fill it. Then you have your tenents paying off the note while you sit back and build you investment portfolio. Also, you get to cash flow a couple of hundred off the top during this time.

I think if you are going to do anytype of real estate investing in todays market you need to have an emergency fund of 3-10 thousand dollars in case of an emergency. People loose houses because they don’t expect anything bad to ever happen. Plan for the worst, and hope for the best! Real Esate is still one of the most profitable businesses in the world mostly because there is only so much dirt. Learn the game, Play the Game, and Win.

Byron Yellowhair - Dies on I-10 - University of Arizona Student

Byron Yellowhair a 24 year old male was struck repeatedly by cars while trying to cross I-10 Thursday morning. According to one of Byron Yellowhair’s friend from ASU University said he was kind, loving and funny. His body was dismembered by the multiple car strikes, and his death was a gruesome site to behold.

The accident caused I-10 to be completely shut down for several hours while police attended the scene of the lost university student. Byron Yellowhair a Navajo, and proud student of University of Arizona car had broken down in the westbound road of I-10 near 24th street, when he tried to cross the interstate and was struck multiple cars. This tragic accident of a loved university student is extremely heartbreaking, and our prays will go our for the family of Byron Yellowhair as they prepare for funeral arrangements. It is always sad to see a life so young be taken by a tragic accident such as this.

We will try to update you with the funeral arrangements for Byron Yellowhair as well as any news from the university he attends, and any announcements in the investigation about this case.

A foreclosure can ruin you credit, and make you life extremely difficult, but you can stop foreclosure, and get your life back. You need to look and see what your options are to avoid foreclosure on your home.
